Are you looking to collaborate with other experts?
The Sustainable Food Systems Network (SFSN) facilitates communication and collaboration amongst stakeholders in sustainable food systems! Microbiomes have always been of particular relevance in our community. Thus, we created a dedicated sub group to exchange ideas and discuss any topic related to the microbiome 🦠 ! Join the growing community of currently 200 members here!
In the Microbiome Community, you will find policy makers, business professionals, civil society organizations, researchers, NGOs/non-profit organizations, funding agencies and interested citizens.
Here are some ideas on how to best utilise it:
- Post microbiome related content – news, events, (preliminary) results, etc. in the feed.
- Do you want to know the opinion of the other microbiome enthusiasts? Use the poll function! For example, you need the point of view of other experts, you’re wondering what the consensus on a certain topic is, which research angle to prioritise, how to phrase a certain issue best, etc.
- Share documents or links via resources section. Remember, this can also be useful for the sustainability of your project to make sure outcomes keep being used after it ends.
- If a topic is interesting for the wider food systems community – feel free to share it also in the main SFSN group.
- A monthly newsletter features shared events, opportunities, posts, and new members
